Carrot beans porial :

Ingredients

Carrot – 1 cups
Beans – 1 cups
Green chillies – 2
Onion chopped – 1 medium
Mustard – 1 tsp
Urid dal – 2 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Salt

Method

1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard. When it splutters, add dal. When the dal turns golden brown, add curry leaves,chilly and onion cook on high flame for 2 minutes
2. Add the vegetables,salt and turmeric powders. Sprinkle with 2-3 Tbsp of water & cook covered
3. Finally add grated coconut & mix well.
