Carrot halwa :

Ingredients

Grated carrot-3/4 Kg
Oil-1/2 tumbler
Milk-3/4 L
Sugar-11/2 tumbler
Elachi powder-1tsp
Cashew nut-10
Gee-1tblspn

Carrot halwa

Method

1. Fry the grated carrot using 1/2 tumbler oil
2. Parallely boil the milk till it condense to 1/2 l
3. Add the milk to fried carrot
4. Prepare syrup with 11/2 tumbler sugar
5. When complete moisture is absorbed, add syrup & elachi powder
6. Pressure cook for 3 whistle
7. Finally add the fried cashews
8. Serve hot.
