Mango Pickle:
Ingredients
Raw Mango – 1 kg
Salt to taste
Turmeric – t tsp
Red chili- 11/2 tbsp
Mustard – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – handful
Oil

Method
1. Peel the mango & slice thinly.
2. Soak Mango in salt & keep it in air tight container. Allow it for 1 week(shake it daily once till mangoes are soft)
3. After 1 week, Pour oil in a frying pan. Add mustard, curry leaves & the above ingredients & saute it
4. Keep till it reaches room temperature. put in clean jar and cover with a closely fitting lid.
