Mixed tomato & coconut chutney :
Ingredients
Coconut (grated) – 1/4 cup
Big onion-2
Tomato-4
Dry chilles – 4 small
Bengal gram – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Tamarind- to taste
Curry leaves – 8

Method
1. Heat oil in a small pan.Fry dry chilly first and keep aside, then fry bengal gram,curry leaves,onion & tomatoes
2. Grind the above items by adding coconut,tamarind & salt to it
3. This chutney best suites with dosai & idly
Tips
1. Add cumin seeds & coriander seeds if necessary by avoiding coconut.
