Plain rice

Plain rice :

Ingredients

Boiled rice – 500 gm
Water – 1 & 1/2 lit

Method

1. Soak the rice for 10 minutes before cooking
2. Wash the soaked rice properly and drain the water
3. Take an open-lid pan and fill it with 1 and 1/2 lit water
4. Heat the water in high flame till the water starts boiling
5. Add the rice to it & stir well
6. Cook it in medium flame until the rice become soft
7. Cover the pan and drain the excess water
8. Plain rice can be served with any side dish
